These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your visit to Neon Mirage 87 Arcade & Lounge ("Neon Mirage 87", "we", "us"), 1987 Lakeshore Blvd W, Toronto, ON, to reservations you make with us, and to your use of neonmirage87.com. By booking a table, entering the venue or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Age requirement — 21+ only
Neon Mirage 87 is an adults-only venue. Every guest must be 21 or older and show valid government-issued photo ID at the door, every visit. We may refuse entry or service to anyone who cannot show valid ID, even with a confirmed reservation.
2. Reservations
- A reservation is confirmed only once we contact you by phone or text to confirm it.
- We hold tables and VR rooms for 15 minutes past the booked time. After that we may release them to other guests.
- Please cancel or change a booking at least 24 hours ahead. VR Immersion and VIP Lounge bookings may require a deposit, which is refundable only when cancelled at least 48 hours ahead.
- The person who makes the booking confirms that everyone in their party is 21 or older.
3. Prices and payment
All prices on the website are in Canadian dollars and do not include HST or gratuity. Prices, packages and menu items may change without notice; the price shown in the venue on the day of your visit applies.
4. Games are for entertainment only
All arcade cabinets, pinball tables, shooting galleries and casual digital slots run on house tokens or free play. They are for entertainment only: there is no cash wagering, and no game pays out money or anything that can be exchanged for money. House tokens have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
5. Welcome Shot promo codes
Codes won in the online mini-slot game are a free promotional gift, not a prize of value. Each code:
- gives one free welcome shot (or a zero-proof alternative) to one guest aged 21+ with valid ID;
- is valid for 30 days, once per guest per visit, and cannot be combined with other offers;
- has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
We may decline a code that looks duplicated or misused, or end the promotion at any time.
6. VR rooms and safety
VR guests must follow the host's safety briefing and may be asked to sign a short safety waiver. VR is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant, has a heart condition, epilepsy or a history of seizures, or is prone to motion sickness. Our staff may stop a session if a guest is intoxicated or using the equipment unsafely. Guests are responsible for intentional damage to equipment.
7. Responsible service of alcohol
We serve alcohol in line with our liquor licence and the rules of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). Our staff are Smart Serve certified and will refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated. Free water is always available, and we are happy to call you a ride home.
8. Guest conduct
We want everyone to have a good time. We may ask any guest to leave, without refund, for harassment, aggressive behaviour, damaging property, or ignoring staff instructions.
9. Photos and video
We may take photos or video in the venue for our website and social media. If you prefer not to appear, tell a staff member and we will not use images where you can be identified.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Neon Mirage 87 is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items, or for injury caused by a guest ignoring safety instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
11. Website
The content of neonmirage87.com, including text, images and design, belongs to Neon Mirage 87 or is used with permission. Please do not copy it for commercial use without our written consent.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
